The hotel's location cannot be bettered, right in the heart of downtown Nis and next to the shopping center. You'll have easy access to all the dining, shopping, and nightlife options in the area.
The heating/air cooling system needs improvement, as it causes a film of water to form on the laminate floors.

Great breakfast options and clean rooms. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to many shops and restaurants. enjoyed the free Wi-Fi.
It was either too hot or too cold, making it hard to sleep comfortably. The staff could have been a bit more accommodating and friendly.

Great location in the heart of downtown is one of the best aspects of this hotel. Rooms are clean and well-furnished with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast includes a variety of tasty omelettes with good coffee and juice.
Only downside experienced was the strange heating/air cooling system which led to a film of water on the boarded floor during summer. Staff didn't seem to understand that this was a design fault.
